Michael D. Swor was born and raised in Virginia, Minnesota. He is a graduate of Hamline University (B.A., economics and political science, 1971) and William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., 1975.) He was admitted to the Bar in 1975, Minnesota and U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota; 1982, U.S. Supreme Court. During law school, he worked as an insurance adjuster/investigator for the North Star Adjustment Company investigating personal injury claims on behalf of major U.S. insurance companies. He began practicing personal injury law in 1975 and has handled thousands of cases on behalf of injured clients for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Minnesota Association for Justice. He is active in the community and does a variety of volunteer work. |
Paul J. Gatto was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a graduate of the College of St. Thomas (B.A., English, 1972) and Hamline University School of Law (J.D., 1976, Silver Gavel Honor Society.) He was admitted to the Bar in 1976, Minnesota and U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota; 1981, U.S. Supreme Court. During law school, he worked as a Senior Claim Representative for a major U.S. insurance company investigating and handling a wide spectrum of personal injury cases. He began practicing personal injury law in 1976 and has handled thousands of cases on behalf of injured clients for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Minnesota Association for Justice. Paul also is the Chairman of the Hamline University School of Law Advisory Board.
